Event Outline

Recent industry reports indicate that an era of electric and alternate energy vehicles plying across the superhighways in the Middle East region is just around the corner. The interest for sustainable mobility has been steadily increasing in the region and many countries across the region have either already implemented initiatives aiming to increase the uptake of alternate energy vehicles in their jurisdictions or are studying the possibilities of converting their transport sector into a sustainable and energy efficient one.

With an objective to reduce the country’s carbon footprint and develop a sustainable economy, the Kingdom of Bahrain is set to announce a series of initiatives that will actively promote the use of eco-friendly vehicles in the Kingdom.

It is against this background that the Bahrain Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, in co-operation with Messe Frankfurt Middle East is announcing the launch of Mobility 360.

The event which will be held on 2 – 3 September 2018 in Bahrain will discuss the paradigm shift that the transport sector within the Kingdom is set to witness. The event will be an ideal platform for all related stakeholders including automotive manufacturers, distributors, automotive solution providers, infrastructure developers, automotive and mobility consultants and researchers to get together and understand Bahrain government’s vision towards sustainable mobility and what impact it will have on the future landscape of Bahrain automotive industry.

“The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism is delighted to host the inaugural Mobility 360 Middle East conference and exhibition scheduled to be held on 2 - 3 September 2018 at the Bahrain International Convention and Exhibition Centre, Kingdom of Bahrain.
